一、个人简介

杨超,男,博士,讲师。主要研究方向包括外场下(应力、温度、电场等)固体材料中的电子-晶格耦合机制及其设计优化与应用。研究领域涵盖铁电多铁材料、过渡金属、二维材料、钙钛矿等新型功能材料。在学术研究中,致力于跨学科交叉整合物理学、材料科学、纳米技术等多领域的核心理论与技术,深入揭示新物理现象的基本机制与应用技术。2019年毕业于北京理工大学,获博士学位。主持省级自然科学基金项目1项。在“Nature Communications”、“Advanced Science”、“Physical Review B”、“Applied Physics Letters”等期刊以(共同)第一作者或通讯作者身份发表学术论文多篇。
